MOLITOR acts as legal advisor to subsidiaries of international banks based in Luxembourg on various labour law issues and employment relations including drafts of employment contracts as well as termination and settlement agreements and related procedures. The firm has also represented a number of top executives with respect to their employment contract issues or disputes against their current employers.

Nadine Bogelmann is a lecturer at the Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg where she teaches courses in Social Security Law and Immigration Law.
