MOLITOR has represented a construction company in a dispute against the general contractor over the liability issue for faulty execution of construction works on a construction project (office building for a telecommunication company) which involved the fitting of special underground premises with watertight sealing for low humidity conditions. We have assisted the client in negotiations with the insurance company and litigation with other parties involved.
