MOLITOR was contacted by K&L Gates, London, in order to assist a US paper and packaging manufacturer making their first acquisition outside the US by acquiring an international group, also active in the paper industry. The acquisition was structured outside the US by a Luxembourg holding structure, and MOLITOR took the lead in the structuring of the acquired companies throughout Europe.
