MOLITOR has assisted and advised a leading investor, developer and real estate asset manager, operating in the Central European real estate and hospitality market and currently managing assets of 2.2 billion Euros (listed on the Euronext in Paris and various other European Stock Exchanges), in relation to the refinancing of several real estate projects in Germany and Eastern Europe, most notably for two Polish projects (180 million and 90 Million Polish Zloty = EUR 44 mio & EUR 22 mio), as well as- solvency issues and measures of protection towards  creditors in Luxembourg and France.
