MOLITOR has assisted a national railway company in relation to its civil liability in the context of different local and international train accidents. It induced the opening of a criminal investigation in Luxembourg and France. We represented the client in a dispute with the insurance company over the liability coverage. The value involved these disputes is estimated at ca. EUR 12,000,000. We also represented the civil interest of the company in various disputes related to criminal proceedings.
