MOLITOR is currently assisting one of the largest banking groups in Greece with respect to a dispute regarding the use and registration, by a third party, of an identical company name infringing our client's trademark rights and foreign corporate name. MOLITOR has provided legal advice on the ways to challenge such confusing use of our clients' distinctive signs and has now started pre-trial proceedings on behalf of this client.
