MOLITOR has assisted the client, a conglomerate for real estate, facility management and technologies, in drafting and negotiations of an outsourcing agreement and related employees transfer agreement to be concluded with a multinational corporation. Our advice involved negotiating the conditions of transfer of business and ensuring the fulfillment of the transferee’s and transferor's obligations under Luxembourg labour law. We have also advised our client on current issues of short-time work in relation to the Employees Transfer Agreement and concerning procedures to be undertaken with the Ministry of Labour and Employment in order to be granted public subsidies.
