MOLITOR defended a Belgian bank in several liability cases filed by dissatisfied clients who claimed damages for having been improperly advised on their investment operations and subsequently suffering financial losses. Among those, there was one collective claim brought by a group of clients who unsuccessfully invested their assets into a British Virgin Islands-based investment fund. The amount of claim was EUR 1,2 Mio.
